Found a bug, a security issue or inappropriate content? Tell us so we can fix it quickly.

Report content or a user in the app

The fastest way to report abusive or objectionable content is the Report button in the app. It is available on consultant profiles, chats, consultation requests and AI answers. You can also block a user so they can no longer contact you.

We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks our Terms of Service, and suspend or ban the accounts responsible.

Report by email

For bugs, security vulnerabilities, or content you can’t report in the app, email support@lawfe.com (or lawfeapp@outlook.com).

Please include:

  • what happened and where (the screen, profile or conversation);
  • for a bug, the steps to reproduce it, your device and the app version;
  • screenshots, if they help;
  • for a security issue, enough detail for us to reproduce it — and please give us reasonable time to fix it before disclosing it publicly.

We usually reply within 2 business days.
