These Terms of Service govern your use of the Lawfe app and website. By using Lawfe, you agree to these terms.
1. About Lawfe
Lawfe provides general legal information powered by artificial intelligence, document analysis tools, and access to a network of independent, certified lawyers. Lawfe is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
2. No legal advice
Information provided by Lawfe is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. No attorney–client relationship is created by using the AI assistant. For advice on your specific situation, consult a qualified lawyer.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through the App Store or Google Play. Prices are shown in the app. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your app store account; access continues until the end of the billing period.
5. Lawyer network
Lawyers available through Lawfe are independent professionals. Lawfe does not employ them and is not responsible for the advice or services they provide. Any engagement is between you and the lawyer.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Intellectual property
The Lawfe app, website, and content are owned by Lawfe or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Lawfe is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service or reliance on AI-generated information.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
